What will the logo go on?

Choose the product type and we highlight the techniques that suit it.

For textiles

Digital printing (DTG, DTF)

For digital textile printing we use DTF or DTG. With DTF, the design is first printed onto a film and then transferred to the textile with a heat press. DTG prints directly onto the textile and delivers photo-quality results, especially on cotton.

Full colour rangeTextiles
Advantages and limitations
Advantages
  • Full colour range, fine detail
  • Affordable even for small runs
  • Suitable for complex shapes and ideas
Limitations
  • Exact Pantone matching is limited
  • Material-dependent technology
  • Can cost more per piece for large, full-coverage prints

Screen printing

Screen printing is an excellent choice for high-quality, durable marking of textile products such as T-shirts, sweatshirts and canvas bags, and gives its best results on smooth, flat surfaces. It is not suitable for printing full-colour images or gradients directly; designs can have up to 8 colours. Beyond textiles, it also works well on many promotional items, such as paper and plastic bags.

Embroidery

Machine embroidery is an elegant, durable way to mark corporate clothing and textile-based promotional items. A design can use up to 8 different thread colours and is also suitable for heavy use, such as workwear.

Textiles, ceramics
Advantages and limitations
Advantages
  • Suitable for many materials
  • Reflective version available
  • Flexible quantities
Limitations
  • Durability depends on the material
  • Can feel stiffer over large areas
  • Not for heat-sensitive materials

For hard surfaces

Laser engraving

One of the most durable marking technologies: the design is burned directly into the surface of the product, giving an extremely precise and long-lasting result. Excellent for marking metal or metal-effect promotional items, wood and certain plastics.

No inkMetal, wood, some plastics
Advantages and limitations
Advantages
  • High durability
  • Long service life
  • Outstanding logo precision
Limitations
  • The final colour depends on the base colour of the material
  • Only possible on specific materials
  • Cannot be engraved on the edges of an object

UV printing

We print directly onto the product surface with ink that cures instantly under UV light – in full colour, with a white base layer on dark surfaces and even a slightly raised, varnish-like layer. For flat or slightly curved hard surfaces: metal, wood, acrylic, glass, plastic, leather.

Full colour rangeFlat, hard surfaces
Advantages and limitations
Advantages
  • Full colour range, gradients
  • White and varnish layers possible
  • Economical even in small runs
Limitations
  • Only for flat or slightly curved surfaces
  • Not suitable for textiles
  • Can wear where exposed to heavy abrasion

Pad printing

An industrial technology for marking promotional items, suited to smaller logos and designs (up to approx. 7 cm). Graphics can have up to 4 colours; gradients cannot be printed. It can be used on many materials – metal, glass, plastic, wood, leather, ceramic. On mugs, the print is not dishwasher-safe.

Max. 4 coloursSmall logos, many materials
Advantages and limitations
Advantages
  • Printing in exact Pantone colours
  • For runs from a hundred to several thousand pieces
  • Cost-effective
Limitations
  • Registration is not always precise on complex surfaces
  • Smaller graphics only
  • Medium durability

UV DTF

A transferable sticker-style print that cures under UV light and can be applied to hard surfaces – glass, metal, plastic, ceramic – even on curved objects. It gives a full-colour, slightly raised, tactile surface.

Full colour rangeHard surfaces, curved too

Wrap-around printing (cylindrical products)

Full wrap-around marking of mugs, bottles, flasks and pens using screen, digital or laser processes.

Cylindrical items
Advantages and limitations

  • Continuous 360° design
  • Durable result
  • Optimised for cylindrical products
Limitations
  • Only for cylindrical or slightly tapered objects
  • The number of colours depends on the process
