How can I request a quote or place an order?
Choose the product and tell us your branding idea (technique, logo, placement), and we will get back to you within 24 hours with the exact price and deadline. If you prefer not to use the online quote request, you can always contact us by e-mail or phone.
How quickly are branded products ready?
For 95% of orders, the committed lead time is 5–8 working days. We always give the exact deadline after the quote request (depending on product, quantity and technique).
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, generally 20 pcs. For T-shirts, you can place the quantity in mixed sizes. In certain cases we can deviate from this – contact us by e-mail or phone.
Can I request a visual mock-up or a sample?
We send a production mock-up for approval with every order. A physical sample can be requested for an additional fee, by arrangement.
In what format should I send the artwork?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. If you are unsure, send it over and we will let you know whether it is suitable for production.
