Cutting: the right knife for every task.
Urban Farmer knives can be used indoors and outdoors: the pruning knife and machete are for growing and harvesting vegetables and herbs. The pruning knife, with its distinctive curved tip, is suitable for harvesting, preparing and peeling fruit and small vegetables. The high-performance machete, with a combination of serrated and plain edge, is the ideal tool for harvesting and cutting large vegetables or whole lettuce heads. For preparation there is a bread knife, a slicing knife, a Santoku and two chef's knives of different sizes. Consumption is followed by the vegetable knife and the four-piece steak knife set.

The knives in the series have impressive unique advantages. The sharp blade is laser-cut from a special, high-carbon stainless steel alloy with 56 HRC hardness. The knives keep a durable edge, are flexible and easy to re-sharpen. The ergonomic handle made of heat-treated beechwood is extremely robust and comfortable. Made from sustainably grown high-quality beechwood; the uncoated handle is heat-treated for durability and water resistance. The finger guard (bolster) between blade and handle is made of a special, non-slip, soft-touch plastic (TPE), which ensures a secure grip and easy handling even in wet weather.
• Handle: the handle made of smoked beech has a natural texture and rewards the user with a smooth feel.
• Non-slip finger guard: always hold the knife firmly; the non-slip bolster is made of a high-performance special synthetic material. It offers completely secure grip, even with wet hands.
