Description
Fischer butcher's honing steel with round cross-section, 30 cm long, with a “fine” surface. Blue-grey handle, stainless steel hanging ring. Honing steel material: high-carbon 100C6 steel with chrome coating, 63 HRC hardness.
In accordance with international food standards, the coloured handles identify the areas of use of the tools and guarantee increased safety and hygiene. These tools comply with international HACCP regulations.
