The latest development of the Cara Cara has a fully flat-ground, high-performance 8Cr13MoV stainless steel blade. The comet-shaped opening hole in the blade symbolises quality and careful manufacturing tolerances. The thumb ramp (jimping) on the blade spine improves a stable grip, so cutting is non-slip. For the first time available with a four-way pocket clip, which allows carrying tip-up/tip-down or left/right, and secures the knife deep and confidently in trouser pockets. The finger groove improves the grip of the ergonomic stainless steel handle and allows comfortable control. The centre-position back lock has a David Boye detent, a safety feature that allows the handle to be held firmly without the lock accidentally releasing.
