Tojiro 37Layered DP Damascus chef's knife with 18 cm blade and stainless steel handle.

Genuine forged multi-layer blade, made with the same process as Japanese sword making. Very precise and of excellent sharpness. The reinforced laminated handle is very durable and hard, resistant to deformation and aging. The metal bolster is very hygienic and prevents the buildup of stains and dirt at the base of the blade.
