In 1990 Spyderco shook up the market with two knives, the Delica and the Endura. They were the first one-hand opening pocket knives that almost anyone could afford.
Refinement has been ongoing, and Spyderco has labelled the continuous update and improvement process CQI – Constant Quality Improvement. Over the CQI journey of the Endura and Delica, Spyderco refined the ergonomics, produced finer blade steels and repeatedly fine-tuned performance. These are ongoing evolutionary works, and the next level is represented by the new Endura 4 and Delica 4. Both models feature a screw mechanism, which makes cleaning and adjustment easier.
The glass-fibre reinforced nylon handle has bidirectional texturing for better grip and ergonomics. Inside the handle, double skeletonised stainless steel liners make the knife stronger without adding excess weight, and they secure all external and internal components, increasing strength and rigidity.
The VG-10 blade has a straight sabre grind with a stronger tip and a larger 13 mm opening hole. A non-slip thumb rest is located on the spine of the blade. Phosphor bronze washers ensure smooth opening and closing, and the four-position pocket clip allows right- and left-hand carry in tip-up and tip-down positions.
Due to manufacturing capacity shortages, some of our EDC products shipped from the USA are experiencing delays.
