Icel Horeca Prime chef's knife with a 30 cm blade and Proflex handle. The knife has a Microban-treated handle.
About Microban: it is antibacterial and repels 95% of identifiable bacteria commonly found in the kitchen, providing complete hygiene for your knife.
During manufacturing, this special material is built into the handle using a special technique, giving your knife a strong and special protection that cannot be achieved by washing or disinfection alone.
Icel butcher's knives and tools are fitted with Microban handles approved for commercial and professional kitchen use, in accordance with the criteria of ISO 9001:2000 and the Brussels-based NSF International approval body. The certificates can be viewed in detail below.
