The 2010 Para Military 2 with Digital Camouflage G-10 handle has a number of changes compared with the classic version. The G-10 handle is tapered at the end to improve ergonomics. It has a compression lock and a double-sided, small belt clip that can be worn tip-up or tip-down, for right- or left-handed use, and sits deep in the pocket. The high-performance CPM-S30V full flat-ground blade remains, but its profile has been slimmed; removing material from the edges makes it easier to clip onto a pocket or clothing. The blade tip has been extended, and both the spine and the choil have received additional surface grinding. The introduction of the new Bushing Pivot System results in smoother action and more consistent manufacturing tolerances. The overall refinement may not be drastic or even visible to the eye, but from the textured G-10 handle to the CPM-S30V full flat-ground blade, everything is sharper, smoother and more reliable for performance and user comfort.
