Victorinox Swiss Classic pastry knife with rounded tip, 26 cm long serrated blade and black handle. In blister packaging.
Properties:
• Blade material: stainless steel
• Blade length: 26 cm
• Handle: ergonomic thermoplastic elastomer. (TPE combines the simple processing of thermoplastics with the advantageous properties of elastomers. They are highly flexible across a wide temperature range, very strong, resistant to impact and have good shear strength, even at low temperatures. TPE materials can be used at temperatures of up to 80-110 °C.)
