An elegant knife with a walnut handle. The Japanese-inspired Swiss Modern Santoku is a truly efficient tool in the kitchen. Known as the "knife of three virtues", as it easily slices meat, fruit and vegetables. The 17 cm blade has a specially ribbed surface designed to reduce friction and prevent food from sticking to the blade. The handle is made of European walnut, a rich-grained, dark brown wood, so every knife is truly unique.
