Cutting: the right knife for every task.
Urban Farmer knives can be used indoors and outdoors: the pruning knife and the machete are for growing and harvesting vegetables and herbs. The pruning knife, with its striking curved tip, is suitable for harvesting, preparing and peeling fruit and small vegetables. The high-performance machete, combining serrated and plain edges, is the optimal tool for harvesting and cutting large vegetables or whole lettuce heads. For preparation there are a bread knife, a slicing knife, a Santoku and two chef's knives of different sizes. Consumption is followed by the vegetable knife and the four-piece steak knife set.

The knives in the series have impressive, unique advantages. The sharp blade is laser-cut from a special high-carbon stainless alloy with 56 HRC hardness. The knives hold their edge for a long time, are flexible and easy to re-sharpen. The ergonomic handle, made of heat-treated beech, is extremely robust and comfortable. Made from sustainably grown, high-quality beech wood, the uncoated handle is heat-treated for durability and water resistance. The finger guard between blade and handle is made of a slip-resistant, soft-touch special plastic (TPE), which ensures a secure grip and easy handling even in wet conditions.
• Handle – The handle, made of smoked beech, has a natural texture and rewards the user with a smooth feel.
• Non-slip finger guard – Always hold the knife firmly: the non-slip finger guard is made of a high-performance special synthetic material. It offers a completely secure grip, even with wet hands.
• Serrated edge – Robust serrated-edge knives cut tomatoes beautifully – and the same applies to most vegetables, soft fruit with hard skin, bread, rolls and cured sausage.
