Agile and versatile. The Gourmet blades are laser-cut from rolled stainless X50CrMoV15 steel sheet and then processed in 35 production stages. The edge is ground to a 28° edge angle, and the final hand work by specialists delivers exceptional sharpness and quick, easy cutting. Thanks to their very high hardness of 56 HRC, they are comparable in quality and sharpness to forged knives.
