Wüsthof water whetstones deliver outstanding sharpening performance. Their very good bond and open pore structure provide efficient work. This combination stone has two sides of different fineness: the coarser side for preparation and the finer side for final finishing.
Wüsthof whetstones are made from an excellent combination of various abrasive grains. They are fired in a special 14-day process, which gives them exceptional resistance and ensures a very long service life. The innovative and practical holder keeps the stone firmly in place, providing optimal stability and safety during sharpening. Particles produced during sharpening collect in the holder while the work surface stays clean. The stone can be cleaned using the cleaning stone. Sharpening is efficient with only a little water.
