Genuine forged multi-layer blade, made with the same process as Japanese sword-making. Very precise and excellently sharp. The reinforced laminate handle is very durable and hard, resistant to deformation and ageing. The metal bolster is very hygienic and prevents the build-up of stains and dirt at the base of the blade.
