What you need to know about Microban material: it is antibacterial and repels 95% of the identifiable bacteria found in the kitchen, thus ensuring complete hygiene for the knife. During manufacturing, the handle is produced with a special technique that builds this special material into the handle, providing the knife with a strong and special protection that cannot be achieved by washing or disinfecting.
