Ganzo has developed a new universal sharpener called Touch Steel. Its main feature is the metal construction, so there is no need to worry about the strength and durability of the tool. The user can optionally fix the base of the device to a table or other surface, and special screws are provided for this purpose. Of course, it is also entirely possible simply to hold the tool so that it does not move during knife sharpening.
It is also worth noting that the Ganzo Touch Pro Steel sharpener is much more compact than earlier models, so it is easier to transport. The guide consists of two separate parts. This model’s handle is elongated, with a rubber coating. The Touch Pro Steel will appeal both to home users with no sharpening experience and to professional users. The device gives the user some flexibility throughout the entire sharpening process, by choosing the most suitable parameter settings. The knife can be firmly fixed using a clamp, and in this position the user can be sure that their hand will not be injured during sharpening. The blade is always set at the correct angle.
The sharpening angle can be individually adjusted depending on the type of tool being sharpened.
The set includes four whetstones of different grit sizes. The replacement mechanism of the Ganzo Touch Pro Steel whetstones allows simple and quick adjustment, which takes only seconds. With the Ganzo Touch Pro Steel sharpening set, blunt knives can be sharpened confidently to a high standard.
