The edge is formed to a 28° edge angle, and the final finishing work carried out by hand by specialists provides extraordinary sharpness and fast, easy cutting. Thanks to their very high hardness of 56 HRC, they are comparable to forged knives in quality and sharpness. Their low weight and unique ergonomics make them very comfortable to hold; they are extremely balanced and strong, making cutting easier on both hand and wrist. The special black plastic handle is secured with three rivets. Dishwasher safe and therefore extremely hygienic. • Hand guard - The ergonomic knife grip fits well in the hand, and the curved end of the handle prevents slipping. The sturdy handle panels are fixed with stainless steel rivets.
• Tomato knife - The finely serrated edge of the tomato knife cuts smoothly through firm tomato skin, while the split tip lifts the slices. The knife is also well suited to cheese and fruit.
• Garnishing knife - A special blade for decorative cutting of raw and cooked fruit and vegetables, or for finely portioning butter, ideal for creative cooks.
